Groupon is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. You can't call them.
It's all through chat(if it's working) and email. One of my vouchers was marked redeemed on the same day I used another merchants. They refused to revert it even though I went to the merchant, provided their records showing I never was at their business and didn't use the voucher. They are requiring that the merchant contact them, even though they could contact the merchant themselves.
There's 1000s of negative cases against Groupon filed with the BBB. It didn't used to be like this. In 2014 they had over 54 million subscribers, now they have 17 million. Numbers don't lie.
DO 'T USE Groupon.
I haven't used Living Social in years, but I never had any issues, so I will try them again.
