but ge :wtf: t this on the website when trying to login if you cannot access either phone number or email that you signed up with it tells you to call the number on the back of the card but when you call the number on the back of the card they can't do anything seems a bit redundant doesn't it?...

But over the last several years it seems like customer service and reliability has went downhill. I would call several times and speak to a representative and be told several different things by different representatives all while my accounting needs remained unmet.
