Frontier Communications and Comcast Xfinity are basically my only choices. I've heard bad things about both, but I stay with Frontier because tech support and the techs that come out are always pleasant and seem to want to do a good job.

Both Frontier Communications and Comcast Xfinity are horrible. But they are the only 2 choices in our area.

Frontier has sneaky billing practices, but friendly service technicians...so we switched to Comcast Xfinity and the technician literally TRASHED OUR HOUSE!

So, 3 weeks later we switched back to Frontier. I hate both companies.
