Their customer service sucks and they told me that I should have opened up the box and inspected it before signing the shipper. Pretty sure the truck driver would not ant to wait around to do this and never have I had to do this with any other carrier. Anyone reading they should be advised not to...

They overcharged me for a shipment from a trade show after quoting mea lower price. Stating it was the carrier fault.book direct and use a prepaid card.

...I shipped products from China to the Philippines and tracked the package. On the fifth day from the time it was shipped, it said on tracking that they tried to deliver and I wasn't there. BS!!! I was there and there were other people there in that address, too...
