No one has solved my issue or did anything to try to help. My cellar is not working and the is not cooling. The least you can do is send a tech guy to test the unit or send me a replacement.

... that recipient was unable to pay fees that i already paid for -or so i understood having done this sort of shipment before due to this snafu by fed ex i lost money sending boxes - i lost the value of the shipment -i needed to make a purchase' to replace the items in the boxes - definition of damage is only for one type of damage - hearing insurance only covers lost/damaged shipments - definition of refusal to accept shipment meant only that the recipient said they would not accept shipment not that surprise fees were not affordable -i was misinformed - lost over 10 hours on hold -was told nothing they could do -too bad sorry i can't we don't this was not my doing -i did everything fed ex asked -everything -get a bank transaction number - that wasn't needed - get routing number -it was already on file - also you owe us - i deserve my shipment fee since shipment was not complete -i deserve the insurance i put on the shipment -the shipment was made worthless by the fed ex misinformation or ability -do i deserve pay for the hours of being on line -fetching information that the next person said wasn't needed - sent from number to number as directed -being curtly told that their definition of i. e. damage -refusal was fed ex definition only =this is chopped up but the hours spent trying to resolve this was also - customer not to be honoured -....

I purchased 3 items for Christmas. 5 days later one item arrives but the other two are out of stock. They had them in stock when I ordered, but apparently they use a Compac computer to manage orders and do nothing in real time. Customer service is useless. I'll never buy from them again.

This company continues to *** package deliveries and refuse to provide the adequate customer service to help resolve the issue. Very unprofessional and a terrible business model. I would not recommend them as a courier..
