Ordered twice from Gearbest, did not have any issues.Ordered only once from Fasttech. Did not receive the package as the shipment is not traceable.

Worst part is customer service, it is pathetic. They just ask us to trace the package when they don't have proper tracking number.

I ordered a few things from each [FT&GB], the FT stuff is already here and two weeks later, still waiting for GB. A day or two was difference in "order been shipped" notification.
