...the bathroom to wash her hands and she came back and said look at my hands they turned blue!!! We have all been trying to contact chi, I talked to a chi rep customer service hotline and she said "this was a normal reaction for Infra, that a class should have been taken to use this color" and her only response was to do a shampoo cap, destroy this girls long beautiful hair, couldn't explain the residue, the counter action with shampoo, nothing, so I went back to Cosmo Prof With my old color from my first service, my color from this service, after doing experiments at home I showed them my results, I mixed the color with developer let it sit a couple minutes, used a brush put it on my hand, rinsed with water used a aperture towel to wipe, no blue I put shampoo and the oil residue turned BLUE!! I couldn't even get the oil to come off my color brush!! And I even bought a chi shampoo while I was there to show them even that turned blue!! When I did my test strand I did the old towel and water, and blow dried to see the results, so after stressing to these people that I just wanna get this oil out safely without destroying her hair and she already had a reaction to it when the oil touched her face, the manager said it made her fingers tingle from Cosmo prof obviously a very bad color, I want Chi to tell me how to get it out, I have been waiting for days and no one will help me, they told the manager they were going to call me, that was 2 days ago!! Honestly I never want to do hair again, this has been the most stressful 5 days of my life, even though it's NOT my fault i am for the first time in my career totally clueless, dawn dish soap doesn't even take the oil off my hands!! This girl still has this thick oil stuck to her hair, And thanks for the call to help me!!...
