...First time visiting a Ross store and very disappointed in her customer service. Or lack thereof. Felt It may have even been a racist issue, who prohibits use of facilities during the Christmas rush? Frustrated..

I spent 200 dollars had four heavy bags they would not let me use cart to take to my car. Have bad arms. What about the Americans with disabilities act
