unable to log-in even provided a code from sms. This is disgusting and frustrating. created user for more then 3'x and giving an impression of anger... everytime asking for 14sc wait and 15min wait. OMG! what is such difficult apps we are using.


Live chat never respond even there is only 3 queue in front of me. Hotline always down. Email never reply. Shipping service slow like air shipping takes about 10 days.

I bought a new Xiaomi 7 last month for selling in my country. I didn’t use that phone . Then decide to keep it. It has got problems. With touch screen. I press another thing it opens another . I enter one page it goes back itself .

When contacted, customer service plainly said the cancellation was effected quickly without confirming with customers affected so sellers would not send the goods, otherwise they would be inconvenienced more to resolve it. So everything is to their advantage. They also blamed me for not answering...
