How would you compare Expedia vs TripAdvisor?
We already posted about the heartless and pointless treachery by Trip Advisor, refusal to explain what caused their penalties, etc. They brought us 3 bookings this year (1 was cancelled!) and 1 last year.
So worthless to our business.Expedia brought us about 12 bookings last year - so not great but at least a small income. However, they repeatedly sent us supposedly private financial statements we should never have seen, (breach of data regulations) appearing to be invoices and failed to resolve the issue - so we dropped them - like a hot, rotten potato.
