I purchased a Business Class ticket on 4/16/18 at what Priceline calls the “EXPRESS DEAL. They posted minimal and misleading information on their website to make the deal attractive.

They did not reveal the flying time nor the number of stops and layovers and precise day/time of arrival. You cannot see any of that until you enter your personal information and credit card #. It does not ask you to confirm the flight information and it doesn’t say “THE TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE” and it charges your credit card IMMEDIATELY and then they tell you IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I contacted customer service within minutes of booking to cancel the flight and they refused to assist me in any way and were rude.

I spent over 2 hours on the phone to rectify the problem and THEY REFUSED to give me any credit to book another flight through Priceline. BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR FLIGHT WITH PRICELINE, BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY..

It was incredibly frustrating to try and book a roundtrip flight on Priceline (unsuccessful after 2 days of trying; several 'Oops! Something went wrong' error messages).

I have a Priceline Visa and wanted to take advantage of 'reward' points.

I resigned and went to the Travelocity site and purchased a slightly better scheduled flight at a slightly higher price. Expedia owns Travelocity, so ultimately there are only two choices when trying to find competitive pricing, and one of those choices (Priceline) is malfunctional.
