eBay is dysfunctional from customer service all the way to supervisor. eBay HQ continually apologizes for their under performing customer service and reasoning capabilities.

I've heard "sorry" so much, I am actually considering a move to Ruby Lane. I've purchased from sellers on this site for years.

I usually found items less expensive because Ruby Lane does not have to pay the exaggerated fees eBay bills for being successful which keeps their own company alive, having to use PayPal so they get their cut, I like Ruby Lane so much more because the person who owns the site calls the shots; not eBay customer support, disputes or supervising management only to come out of a situation feeling like a victim when you called asking them for help. Ruby Lane is a 10 whereas eBay is a 5.
