...Customer service are non-effective and only ever say 'Our team will respond in 1 or 2 days' -They never do. I think they just hope you give up and go away. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY IS MY STRONG ADVISE - they really do not seem to protect or have any concern for their customers..
