I don't know whose fault it is but the building where my clinic is had no elevator for more than a week. We had to reschedule so many patients. The managment called OTIS and they were waiting for parts and diagnostic tools for ages. There was a residential elevator in the building but it was not...

...They do not call customers to resolve issues. I have had to scream and yell to get customer issues resolved or even to have them call the costumer. No longer selling their products...
