All I can comment on is what I have witnessed.Seagate built our new home and we moved in the end of August, 2017.

We had several issues which were never resolved, even after we were promised by Construction Manager "DR". When they installed the granite in our master bathroom counter, they failed at lining it up, a fact that we were promised would be fixed to our satisfaction...until we closed and they got their hands on our money. Now they won't do anything except agree to pay $250 to have it repaired, plus WE would have to pay for any damage to the granite, mirrors, walls, etc. that might be incurred.

We should NOT have to pay for their mistake. Plus, the VP of Sales and Marketing said that Seagate was a member of the Better Business Bureau because they are not. Last weekend we visited DR Horton's new community and were astounded when we talked to new home buyers there about how responsive their builder is to complaints and problems, even agreeing to move trees after the buyers moved in because they didn't like where they were located. Seagate could learn a lot from DR Horton when it comes to Customer Satisfaction.

When you look at Seagate's sites, they have at least two glowing reviews but, unfortunately for them, they were placed there by Brandon (the above-mentioned VP of Sales and Marketing) and "Judie" who was our sales person.

Yes folks, they are that hard up for positive feedback that they have their employees enter it.Avoid SEAGATE...
