... over $75 only quick fast for my husband and myself for nothing I did not matter to them I call to make a complaint to SeaWorld I was told I have to go to the website that they do not take complaints over the phone what is pitiful again I was treated like a guilty person and disrespected nobody wants to hear my story my side of the story I'm a paying customer and I spend a paying customer for 17 years going to the park one year after the other never had this kind of experience before until today I doubt if we ever go back to them they didn't even offer to refund us or anything when I ask them all they said was that they will my name is Gracie I was the Sea World on Saturday night in San Antonio Texas I was enjoying myself along with my husband going to the Mesa when we were approached by security who asked me if I have something to anybody or did anybody bump into me I told him know he left and that was that my husband and I proceeded to go into the next May and I told my husband what had happened when we came out of the maze there was 5 police officers or security waiting for me cattle calling me to come over very rude and I'm professional treating me like a criminal and questioning me like if I was guilty already without even taking the time to ask me about the problem to have happened apparently somebody have punched one of the characters in the face and threw a bottle water Adam and they describe someone then look like me so automatically they are still meet with me and there were treated me like the guilty person before I was throwing innocence after they found out that I was not the person they need it they decided to let me go without even apologizing or even a foreign for us to redo the maze that we have just missed I got so sick I was in shock and stare at the same time I have never been arrested or talk to and such of the grading and disrespectful way there I ...

...He had to walk from the handicap parking lot through the front ticket entrance and then all the way to the wheel chair rental location. Not one wheel chair around to push throughout the parking lot like The Disney Parks or Universal Studios. Pathetic..
