I have been a Mediacom customer since Oct. 2016. Our service is supposed to be the ultimate, top of the line bundle for internet, cable TV, and phone. It is horrible! The internet is very sporadic, I won't be able to get a channel on the HD, and every time you call, it's a minimum of 30 minutes!...
