My very expensive three year old Dacor oven failed. I called the repair technician who told me circuit boards had failed and replacements are not available. This does not sound right to me. I’m on hold now for over twenty minutes and no one has answered the call.

I purchased the downdraft dual fuel range and the door didn't close properly.
