My complaint was that it took me most of the day to reach customer service with Consumer Cellular. I had only had my phone on for about 10 hours.

I have never had service with Verizon. Most of my friends are with Verizon. I needed to get the cheapest phone service as possible so I went with Consumer Cellular. I did not qualify for Lifeline.

So far everything is working.

I only use my phone for phone calls and text. I do not want any surprise charges added to my bill.
