How would you compare Verizon vs Comcast?
Had Comcast and made the mistake of being taken in to sign up for Fios by a Verizon rep, who we later found out was nay employed to get customers and not really a rep. We were lied to about what we would get and for how long, got lousy service (no service on tv or iPad) and computer was not any faster.
When we would call about the problems they would basically call us liars (that a person, dog or moving man loosened a cable . . .
seriously) and actually wanted us to repair the issues via phone/email while using their tech speak. We paid the early termination fee to get rid of them, had Comcast installed again and have no problems with service/equipment now.
Verizon is awful, Comcast is pure discussing evil.
I have had both Comcast in Florida and Verizon Fios in NYC metro area. Neither is great but of the two Comcast is easier to deal with when you have issues.
Recent issue with fios has turned me sour on them.
They believe they can change a contract's terms and still holdyou to contract. That is illogical as Star Trek's Spock might say.
