I can't believe that after almost 17 years of been with Verizon their customer service department actually is getting really bad, I had try to get to some one for four days and I can't get someone to answer the phone. I'm can wait to speak to some one from the company..

Brought three new lines too comcast from verizon. Was supposed to get $100 a line. Had thirty days to upgrade device for $250. They never activated one of the lines went back after a week and they put a new sim card in and called the line existing so that cheated me out of both rebates.
