Calling the customer service number it says "call cannot be completed at this time" . I am only wanting to make changes to my service and have tried to contact for a week straight ! They wont allow me to make changes via website ! Says i have to speak with a Live Rep but wont allow me to call !..

...I do believe this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's a shame because it initially seemed very promising and is recommended on a lot of the "best online fax" lists. I cannot rate this company low enough..
