Comcast charges for channels that are broadcast over the air, for "better reception". They also charge a "broadcast fee'", and charge for each additional TV. These charges occur every month, forever.

I really dislike comcast because the corporate office tells customers one thing and in many instances this information differs greatly from the information heard at their office in Richmond, In.I have not had many positive interactions with this Richmond office and being old fashioned I believe a customer should receive respect at all times when it's our money that is paying for service.

Neat little trick going on here, they send you back and forth from the main office and local office and you get nowhere.

In my opinion there are media outlets guilty of creating fake news and I find it very hard to continue doing business with a company like ComCast so strongly correlated with one of the worst in the business NBC.I am actively seeking a new internet and TV provider, I think Direct TV is in my future, I refuse to support a company that so often lies about services and their parent company makes up fake news to support a political party they support and viciously attack a party they do not.

Direct TV picture quality was much better than Comcast. Direct TV sends techs with new boxes. There is no driving to offices an hour away " swap out" boxes and maybe get another used box.
