The ridiculous return policy is costing me money while Petsmart goes unscathed; definitely not good customer service; I did receive a reply stating your purchase may be returned with my receipt up to 60 days AND if Im lucky, the policy will be lifted by then. makes NO sense - if its okay to return...

Refusal to accept a return or exchange of a puppy outfit that doesnt fit; yet Petsmart stated that if they lift their policy within 60 days, I may still return it; makes no sense - wouldnt it be more prudent to exchange it now with allot less chance of contamination?..
