Both about the same however I think Expedia may have better customer support. CheapOAir just seems like they have a license to steal your money and they wear you down with their purposeful built in inefficiencies.

The real issue with Expedia is that they own Orbitz and Travelocity and other search engines so they somewhat have a monopoly. I have had good results with One Travel, JustFly and Booking.com.

The other issues with these outfits is that they push the most undesirable flights with the longest connections and they also favor certain airlines. Sometimes your better off using your airline of choice web site.

Expedia has the bucks to issue instant refunds. CheapO can't refund until the airline refunds them first - probably an underfunded company
