I used to have Netzero and now have CenturyLink.I can no longer use NetZero because they don't have enough power or a cable or whatever it is they use to transmit their signal in my area.

So the service stopped working. They need to fix this problem.

However, they were mostly reliable for internet service and were much cheaper than CenturyLink. Also they billed the price they quoted! So overall I think Netzero was better.

With CenturyLink, I've had no connection issues, but their customer service is dishonest.Not sure they are worth the much higher price and the hassel.
