My flight to Hong Kong was canceled by the airline in January and they still have not given my credit card a reversal of charges. All I get is same old song and dance from them with excuses why it takes so long.

...I don't think 'customer service' is the right phrase for what they do. I would not recommend PAL to anyone that wants to have an experience that meets the normal expectation of service or value for money spent. I received no value and I'm out thousands of dollars..
