have not sailed on Carnival lately, but was always customer friendly, good food as well, in the past. On the other hand, past cruises on RCI were exceptional.

But lately, RCI has not been customer oriented or friendly and have become very pricey for everything.

Other cruise lines bend over backwards to get customers or keep them, but not RCI which is based out of Miami, FL. If you want to be the best, you have to be the best !!!!!
