I've never purchased a vehicle from Carmax, so I cannot make a comparison to Bridgecrest.Even though Bridgecrest finally resolved our issue, (payment modification schedule), I'm still disgusted by their lack of effort to wirk with us until I decided to pist a horrible review about this company.

Again I say: I won't EVER purchase another vehicle through Bridgecrest.

By the way, please don't be fooled people: Bridgecrest...is DRIVETIME!Same company, just horrible service since Bridgecrest took over Drivetime.
