I can't get hold of customer service to get a refund for books that were never shipped. Although the website says that it's easy to cancel, they make it impossible to find a number to contact. It's a scam..

I have not been able to get on the website since i picked a book yesterday. It says february books are comming out so site is down. I picked my february books yesterday when they came out!! Been trying to post in fb botm site to ask but the admins wont approve my post!!! This sucks!!!..
