Terrible application process. I applied on 12/5/2017.

Clean application, switching over from Anthem only because they don't cover individuals in So. California anymore. Paid the premium before they would even accept the application. So many loopholes...

I submitted the requirements (proof of my residence? ha ha) three times. Today is 1/24/2018. They took out the first premium from my bank on 1/17/2018Still no policy number.

Had to pay for my doctor's appt. out of my pocket.

Now my daughter needs to go to the doctor, and still no coverage. UNACCEPTABLE.
