How would you compare Bingohall vs Netflix?
I used to have a Netflix account, but after I contacted them and changed my email address, they started double billing me. Instead of adding my new email address to my account, they opened an additional account and billed me for both.
It was three months before I realized, but they did pay me back for the overcharge.
You want to know if Bingohall and Netflix can be compared, but I do not believe they can be compared because they are two very different businesses. Bingohall is an online casino where people pay money to gamble on their site, in hopes of winning more money.
Netflix is a video site that offers an endless stream of movies and/or television shows to be watched on your laptop, PC, tablet, or television. My experience with Netflix was resolved by them paying me back the money that they took.
Bingohall wasn't so cooperative. They cheated me out of my withdrawal by coming up with bogus glitches in their rules.
They allowed me to resume playing while my withdrawal was in progress and then. When you deposit at Bingohall, you automatically are given a deposit bonus of 250% of the cash that you deposited. So, if you deposit $25, your balance is bonused to make it $87. With that bonus comes a playthrough requirement that you have to play that amount 30 times before you can cash out.
During the withdrawal process, they require proof that the bank card that you deposited with, is in your name. I sent proof of the card that was the most recent in my account but they returned my withdrawal back to my account because I did not declare the previous card that was stolen from me and cancelled. By returning my withdrawal back to my account, they added the balance to my current playthrough requirement and said that because i had playthrough in my account, the money I they returned to my account was not able to be withdrawn until the playthrough was played. even though I had already satisfied the playthrough for the money I was withdrawing.
So, when I tried to satisfy the playthrough for the second deposit, my money was lost in the process.
Bottom line, they knew they had me on a technicality, which was deliberate on their part. I hadn't used that second bank card in over six months. Just their way of cheating another customer out of money owed to them. My withdrawal was originally $300 which they purposely caused me to lose.
So, I guess Netflix is better at doing business than Bingohall because they seem to have a conscience, where the staff at Bingohall do not.
