They claim to price match guarantee, but promise to perform discount. Then charge you full price, you do not get a discount and then do not return calls or emails when you question. Poor customer interface...

The web site says ships in 2-3 days expect delivery within a week. It's still waiting for pick up after 5 work days. Just extremely slow to deliver. I know from experience no need to call them, they same the same line,

took them over a week to just put my order of 4 parts( a gear 2 bearings and a seal )together to create a shipping label so by time I get my order it will be 2 weeks that is just sub par in todays standards ,will never use them again
