How would you compare Best Buy vs Walmart?
I order from Walmart.com all the time. I have had to contact customer service a couple times and they were great.
Problem resolved immediately. They also have super fast shipping. Best Buy was an extremely troublesome purchase with non-existent customer service. They actually refused to help and directed us to the company that they got the product from - even though we purchased it from Best Buy and they were the one that had forgotten to activate the card.
I ended up having to re-purchase from Walmart (which worked smoothly) and take the loss on the Best Buy transaction.
They have no class whatsoever. I am presently trying to get a charge back on my credit card, but was told it would take 15 days.
You expect slow, untruthful, disrespectful service at Walmart, I didn't expect dishonesty, unconcern, and not only bad service, unwillingness to resolve problems with their service and product. Best Buy is worse than Walmart.
apparently the only comparison is between something bad vs something very bad., the defiant arrogance with which best buy mangers project to customers is something truly to behold
