How would you compare Best Buy vs Curtis International?
Curtis International is the Warranty company used by a lot of companies. In my case RCA.
It doesn't matter where you buy the product. It is the warranty through the manufacturing company.
Curtis international when contacted uses the same canned answer that they do not have or sale parts! Their customer service is outside the USA because of cheap labor.
I am still looking for a contact in the USA but have failed! When we buy these small appliance we must first see where they are made and call the warranty number first!
Curtis Int'l is the company that holds the warranty to a number of different appliances and Best Buy sells the appliances In my option one has nothing to do with the other. People should investigate this BEFORE they buy the appliance because Curtis Int'l customer service sucks and they will do everything in they' re power not to honor the warranty. This is just my opinion and my dealings with them
