If the phone is unlimited, and only a hour was used on the pc; how could 10 g possibly be used? The customer service agent I spoke to b4 this last one refused to let me talk to a supervisor as she had tried to explain it to me and unless I had a valid reason in her mind she wouldn’t transfer me....

... dialogs on a nightly basis! Their service is constantly interrupted and yet they still charge as if it isnt! We have spent hours upon hours on the phone with customer service, it is totally unacceptable to inconvenience paying customers to this degree. So sick of this garbage service! If it were up to me I wouldnt pay them a cent!!....

...and you are not locked into a contract like other companies and Bell loyalty will adjust your bill downward if you can prove to them there is a better price offered. Be reasonable!! ...I’ve been misrepresented and Rogers has made an offer that does guarantee a price even though they call it a 12 month promotion. Totally unacceptable. Horrible customer service..
