The service provider should maitain same quality all the time even when there is interuption should be for short time and moniter to fix the problem could you imagin that I have recieved a call from my service provider because I had an issue with the Internet .......

Bell customer service reps at least are respectful there service is reliable and never many issues. Primis on the other had agents are rude disrespectful there service only works 5 % of the time not worth the money for the headachs
