HORRIBLE! They have no live customer service!
Should be illegal not to be able to speak to live person to resolve issues when needed
Product or Service Quality
There fees are ridiculous! And then you can’t get any customer service. Crazy!!
I have something else to compare
They all suck but at least you can speak to a person albeit they make it hard to find one.
But you can. AXS is my voice above Ticketmaster
They both suck. Not cunsumer friendly and again, no one answers the phone.
Product or Service Quality

Both *** robots for customer service
Product or Service Quality
Charge to much for services rendered!
Shouldn’t be a 50% add on to ticket price!! Venues to lazy to answer their own damn phones. All these charges because people to lazy to go buy tickets live! And ticket sellers to lazy to open the box office! The setup favors bots and resellers over the actual consumer!!!!
How would you compare AXS vs Ticketmaster?
Ticketmaster has great customer service.
Product or Service Quality
They make things right when you have been wronged.
Ticketmaster wins

Ticketmaster wins
The Ryman / Opry House box office provided the AXS customer service number. The customer service rep hung up on me after a long wait to speak with someone.
Product or Service Quality
AXS service charges are worse, and Ticketmaster is quite bad.
A Bluegrass Nights at the Ryman ticket is $35 with almost $25 in extra charges. That's AXS.
I have something else to compare
For a pre-sale, or the first few hours of a general sale, AXS frequently will only sell by letting customers choose only a price-point, not an actual seat.
If one knows the venue, this is frequently unacceptable. It is sometimes better to go out of town to hear music if one can do so to avoid rock-bottom AXS.
