...U-Save and left message(Never got a response) - Filled out a request to cancel and refund insurance on their website(never got a response) - Called their customer service number who said they could not help - Sent emails to all U-Save addresses I could find outlining my issue and providing documents proving I had liability coverage - Heard back from their corporate, and they reduced the daily charge from 16. 99 to 8. 50 per day for insurance I did not need or want! - Still have rental car and will by pursuing this further with:...

I made a one way rental, only to find out later that Avis, without telling me anytime during the process, changed it to a return rental to the same location. If you can't handle one way rentals, tell me while I'm trying to make the rental. Dumbest company ever...
