How would you compare Avast Software vs Norton Antivirus?
Norton's customer service is far superior to Avast's almost non-existent customer service. Norton do not double bill you on the off chance that they will get paid twice for the same service.

Avast's service quality is nothing short of pathetic.
They promise to escalate complaints and the never get back to you. They are awful!
