I liked Auto parts warehouse for big reason...they had a customer service staff that you could call and talk to They were quite professional on the phone and I have had 2 good experiences, where as with Rock Auto you receive an email from them and it basically says TOUGH LUCK BUDDY;;;;;;

Here is a sample of their customer service and they stated they deducted $9.06 for shipping but actually they deducted $20.06....I am currently disputing this thru AMEX

Message body Dear Frank, We no longer have PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE After looking at Order # #1907668 and the notes entered I can confirm that you were refunded the correct amount.We are sorry if one part was unavailable and needed to be canceled(WOW an APOLOGY??).

When that occurred the other item had already shipped as they were coming from different locations. You set up a return online and confirmed that you wanted to get a FedEx return label and agreed to have the amount noted ($9.06) deducted from your refund. That amount was deducted from your refund.

We are not able to change the refund as you were refunded the correct amount.Thank you, RockAuto Customer Service
