We've spent a collective 40+ hours on hold and talking to customer service reps and have NOTHING but a collection agency to show for it. They will not send email receipts, return ANY phone calls, have trouble even taking phone calls. I can't say enough bad things about our experience over the years...

Got high speed internet installed and its still is no better than what I had at double the price! Have communicated several times with reps and they have no answers for me. Its fine on our end Really! Constant buffering after not more than 15 min. on any site...
