When I switched from ATT to Suddenlink I had no problem with either provider. ATT begged me to stay but understood my reason for switching which had nothing to do with personnel.

The two are very similar! I noticed customer service is much higher in your data than I have found for my personal acct.
I once spend 83 minutes on hold for AT&T's customer service. I put my phone on speaker and just left it open. I finally gave up at 83 minutes. Because of my issues with Suddenlink, I prefer to communicate in writing.
They refuse to acknowledge my request to cancel, which was delivered to their local office. I replaced the service and there is no usage beyond the date of my request.
