Had Verizon wireless for nearly 20 years, Assurance Wireless for around 5 years.Until recently had NO complaints with Assurance.

When the most recent phone I had purchased was damaged (my own fault) have been unable to buy a new one from them that works at all. Currently without ANY cell phone for more than a month. (returned 3 they recommended and received from them or where they told me to purchase them) Amazing service area, no dead spots, always dependable with Assurance. Verizon had dead spots a few places, most notably around the local hospital where MOST important to have service in emergencies.

Assurance was always efficient receiving voice mail, Verizon never efficient voicemail. Had to end service with Verizon after losing money because of voicemail from my bank stating unusual activity not received for over 6 months!!! Many other vital messages received months late from doctors, businesses, insurance companies, etc. also.

Missed birth of my grand daughter because no message received that day. Many other important events/meetings missed also. Many event time changes missed, causing much inconvenience arriving at wrong time for important business and personal meetings. My son was left stranded on the road because his message did not show up for weeks.

Latest phone from Assurance does not receive texts for over an hour after they were sent to and from me or do not make calls consistently making emergency situations...
