I ordered a missing screw, part #31, for my Black HD Nitro Rollator on 10/8. I called Ocelco today 10/21 to check on the status. They said it was on backorder until 11/28. I need this rollator to move and function.What am I supposed to do for the 40 days? Please help.

I used my scooter 1 time, and recharged the battery. Scooter now will not turn on. Drive Medical does not take phone calls even though they offer a phone number for customers. Their phone message tells the customer to go to their website. This is problematic for those who need help immediately...
