The support website lacks sufficient detail of supported firmware versions, end of life products. DVR units only support IE browser (no other browser). DVR units use different IE Client Browser plugins requiring you to unload and reinstall plugins when managing different DVR's...

Poor quality cameras and rubbish service, I purchased 4 cameras and 1 has issues in 6 months, sent them emails with no replies, called Swann but they dont provide any supports, even my products have warranty, but no technicians or engineers come to repair and no replacement..
