My wife and i rented an RV from this business in March. The billing agreement was very unclear as to what they would put on my Visa! When we took the vehicle back, there was about $500 extra billing charged to us - which we did not find clearly stated in agreement. Total *** game with this group....

...into their vans) there was no answer- and no interest in "ensuring all customers get their vehicles" which I have since been quoted by Apollo customer service - instead the staff member at that depot told customer service they closed one gate at 4. 20 and the other at 4. 30 (which is untrue) because a manager was leaving that day ( and clearly they had to go for drinks!!!! I wanted to go wine tasting among other things to Mudgee that night but instead had to wait 2 nights...
