I can't really say which is better because they provide different services.With PLDT they are facing a lot of complaints lately when technicians and customer service representatives where terminated from their job and PLDT wasn't prepared for that. It's obvious that they lack business continuity plan and they blamed other agencies because of their failure to provide quality service and resolve customers' issues/concerns.

Its already a month that only recorded answers from IVR that we can hear when we call their hotline. It's very frustrating that we are paying in full and not getting the service we deserve. I understand that the company is facing a big problem with the manpower but I think the best approach is to focus on the solution not the problem.

Instead of pointing fingers on who's to blame, they should collaborate with agencies that can help them. The longer the time it takes to resolve the issue the bigger the amount of money they will loose.
