totally crap. Engine main bearing noise, they want to verify by dismantling and verify as why it occured.

they want a reason so they will find and excuse to not pay. Well , if I will say that perhaps a previous owner did not replace oil as he should or ran out of oil then I will place myself in no pay , simple.

But how do I know how previous owner took care of the car, this is why we purschased insurance. Maybe they should send and appraiser to verify the condition oc before insuring.
