There's NO comparison!Amazon is everything Zulily is not.

Amazon is reliable, consistent, and has products on hand and ready to ship. Amazon also has great customer service, great return service - which is normally free, and an excellent warranty period - in which they actually work with you to replace items. They act as go between with buyer and seller, and do what they can to keep the buyer happy.

Zulily takes FOREVER to ship products, and cancels a fair number of items before they ever ship. There is absolutely NO way to return a product to Zulily, EVEN when the product is clearly defective.

For example, I ordered our son a pair of boots, and there was a nail, or tack sticking up through the footbed! I informed Zulily, and they didn't care - no returns - EVER! They say they'll work with you, so you're happy, but how could we be happy putting boots on our son's feet with a sharp object jabbing into his foot! Zulily carries questionable products.

There's no way to find out where they're sourced, till it's too late. And they often advertise genuine gems, which are not, and genuine precious metals, which are not! That really burns me up when I get fake turquoise in fake silver - which was going to be a gift, and I can't give it as such, because it's just ***!

Shipping is too high. Every other vendor like Zulily has a better way to work shipping.

I don't want to pay $10 for one day, when I can shop on Amazon and get FREE...

Amazon is hands down the better vendor.No question!
